Many of the resources help to start those valuable conversations with your child and also provide tested tools to maintain wellbeing at what can be an anxious time for children and families as a whole.

Meditation for Kids
We want children to be healthy and happy, not just now but for the rest of their lives. And teaching them about meditation early would help them do just that. That’s why the wonderful people at Headspace created ‘Headspace for Kids’.

Keeping active – PE with Joe
For those of us still in school, we intend to join in with the daily 'PE with Joe' session which Joe Wicks is putting on for free for all children. Although we may not all be together in the same place, we can stay connected by having fun and engaging in this ‘PE session’. You can find it here YouTube channel The Body CoachTV.
